How do I work this?

Well, it's a little bit bowl and a little bit plate. A blate of course! You know, for those of us that love to eat all our food from bowls but sometimes, some foods (I'm looking at you, sandwiches) are just too weird to serve in a bowl.

Egg scrambles in the mornings? Blate, check. Hot baked potatoes? Blate, check. Cut up cold veggies with maybe a small dollop of hummus? Blate, check.   

All textured pieces are handmade using various methods. We use a combination of texturally intriguing items like vintage lace, antique rolling pins, stamps, and wooden blocks, just to name a few. Some textures are even made with old tools that were used many years ago when our studio was still an operating brewery.
