Join the fun and get inspired at Brewery Pottery for free pottery demonstrations in the studio every Saturday. As is the nature of a pottery studio, no two days are ever exactly the same! Each Saturday will bring something new and there's always something to see!
Potters Diana, Tom, and Claire Johnston will highlight the ceramic process alternating between throwing on the wheel, table work, slab techniques, glazing, and more. Sometimes we'll even be firing the kiln which is always a fun opportunity to see real flames shoot out the peep holes (under close supervision of course).
Come in, look around, and ask questions. Perfect for anyone interested in art, pottery, or working artist studios. No charge, just come on in.

Enjoy a showcase of brand new artists Brewery Pottery is welcoming into the gallery for 2026 during April Gallery Night!
We've spent the winter months making new connections with various artists and makers and are happy to announce there are about 20 new artists that'll have work in Brewery Pottery this year.
Several new jewelers, woodworkers, metalsmiths, fiber artists, natural wooden children's toys, and more will all be making their debut this April during Gallery Night!
Stop by during Gallery Night to check out these new works. While you're walking around the gallery, please enjoy some yummy treats and light refreshments from 5pm-9pm.

Featured Exhibit: Bruce Fortney: Moving the Herd
Meet + Greet with Bruce Fortney: 5pm-9pm
Come early, stay late and enjoy a new show at the gallery with originals from Bruce Fortney. Originals with a twist. The twist is that all the featured paintings are works from Bruce's personal collection and will be offered at very reasonable prices.
Bruce is getting ready to sell his house and relocate back to Mineral Point. He's got paintings from his personal collection ready to move and we are ready to move them! There will be deep discounts on pieces (as well as an extra 10% off on Saturday, June 6 & Sunday, June 7).
Most of the paintings are going to be farm themed. Cows, tractors, pigs, and a few more cows for good measure!

The third full weekend each October, some of Wisconsin's best-known artisans open their studios, allowing visitors a unique, behind-the-scenes view into how their work is created. At Brewery Pottery, you'll find Diana and Tom doing demonstrations all weekend on the wheel, the slab-roller, and at the worktable explaining hand building techniques.
During the three-day tour, participating artists in Mineral Point, Spring Green, and Baraboo (and the countrysides in between) will be in their studios, demonstrating and selling their work. These artisans include painters, sculptors, potters, weavers, jewelers, woodworkers, mixed-media artists, and more. Many of these studios are open only for this event – providing a unique opportunity to meet the artists and purchase their work.
The Fall Art Tour is (and always will be) free. There is no registration required. You can just come! Can't wait for you to join us for the fun and artistically inspiring weekend!
ORNAMENT MAKING NIGHT

Come celebrate the holiday season by making your own personalized clay ornament to take home! Please join us at Brewery Pottery, where we'll be bringing back one of our favorite seasonal Gallery Night traditions - Clay Ornament Making Night!
How it works: We supply the clay and tools. You make a personalized ornament. We fire it. Then, you pick up your free, unique ornament at Brewery Pottery at the following Gallery Night (December 5) just in time for holiday decorating and gift giving!
SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY + HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

Please join us at Brewery Pottery, where we're celebrating the start of the holiday season with extended shopping hours on Small Business Saturday. We'll have sweet treats out for nibbling and we'll also be featuring a bowl giveaway. Drawing will be open all weekend, one name will be drawn from a hat on at the end of the weekend to win the bowl.

The holidays are here and so is Gallery Night! Come savor some new art and enjoy a festive night out on the town.
December Gallery Night is such a fun evening at Brewery Pottery. Festive luminaria will line the driveway at dusk to create some joyful holiday magic, we'll be serving hot cider and sweets as you wander around the gallery, we've got tons of new pottery (made in house!), jewelry, gifts, and many items from other artists that are perfect to kickstart your holiday shopping! Stop by to pick up your ornament if you attended our winter Ornament Making event.
