Silk Table Runner

We work with a handful of wonderful fair trade companies that we really love and believe in. This is one of them. We love their environmentally sustainable business practice and supporting them and their amazing mission to bring work to women artisans in West Bengal, India.

This Kantha Silk Table Runner was handmade by women artisans using 100% silk up-cycled saris. It's uniquely itself and was made from up-cycled silk saris that are stitched together using the traditional “kantha” embroidery technique.

It features an artistic patchwork design on one side and a solid cotton material on the reverse side with the fine kantha stitching and is a sustainable, unique work of art.
